Production Associate
**Job Title: Production Associate** Job Description As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by handling and managing metal automotive parts. You will be responsible for unloading parts into machines, ensuring each part is securely clamped, performing quality checks, and labeling them accurately. Responsibilities + Lift and manage metal automotive parts weighing between 20-45 lbs every 2-3 minutes. + Unloading parts into machines and ensuring they are securely clamped. + Conduct quality checks on the products to ensure they meet standards. + Organize products into bins according to part numbers and labels. + Load parts for robotic unloading and stacking. Essential Skills + Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently. + Previous experience in physical work environments such as construction, farming, or landscaping. + Experience with machine operation and quality checks in a manufacturing setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in assembly, parts washing, and manufacturing is advantageous. + Familiarity with working in a busy and loud manufacturing environment. Why Work Here? You will work in a well-lit area, handling parts from waist to knee height. The facility operates in shifts from, 4pm-12am, and 12am-8am, 6 days a week working 10 hour shifts Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Port Huron, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
