Production Associate
**Job Title: Production Associate** Job Description The Production Associate will work on a production line that manufactures window shades and blinds for both residential and business applications. This role requires hand dexterity to assemble small components and the ability to read a tape measure. Prior experience with fabric or cloth is beneficial but not required, as cross-training will be provided. Responsibilities + Work primarily on the fabric/cloth cutting section of the production line. + Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards before moving down the line. + Engage in assembly and inspection tasks with attention to detail. + Utilize hand dexterity for assembling small components. + Remain on feet for prolonged periods during shifts. Essential Skills + Manufacturing Line Assembly experience. + Quality Inspection on a production line. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience with production and general assembly. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous manufacturing production experience. + Good attention to detail for quality checks. + Willingness to learn new processes and participate in cross-training. + Experience with fabric handling is a plus but not mandatory. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, Texas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
