**Production Associate in Nashville, TN 37209** Job Description We are seeking dedicated production associates to join our team at the plant, working across various departments. As a production associate, you will be responsible for maintaining production goals set by your supervisors and may be involved in machine operation, visual quality checks, assembly, and packing products for shipment. This role requires cross-training in different departments and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for the entire shift. Work Environment The position is based in an automotive glass manufacturing facility operating under a union environment (UAW). Candidates must be flexible with their work schedule as shifts can change. The facility includes departments such as Fabrication, EPBL, HST, and Float, with shifts varying from 8 to 12 hours depending on the department and schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
