**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
Responsible for the manufacturing and assembling of windows and/or door walls, working in one of four areas – Shipping & Receiving, Frames (windows), Sashes (windows), or Doorwall/Casements. Employees will receive continuous training as they grow in the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble windows or doorwalls, including measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials.
+ Lift and move materials repetitively (10-50+ lbs depending on position).
+ Punch holes into materials and strip the material.
+ Operate hand tools and place flexy glass on frames.
+ Operate machinery, saws, or weld when in direct employment (not while on contract).
+ Perform repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, and bending.
+ Stock and clean workspace and general areas.
+ Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
+ Knowledge of hand tools, with training provided on their use.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
+ Capability to bend, twist, and squat during the shift.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to read a tape measure is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Work inside a facility with temperature fluctuations reflective of the seasons. The space is similar to a garage, with large doors for ventilation and fans throughout. The break room is air-conditioned, and coolers of Gatorade are provided during hot weather. The environment is moderately noisy and well-lit. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hot, noisy environment. Shifts run from Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 1:30 PM, with flexibility required to work until tasks are completed, often extending to 2:30 PM. Employees receive one 10-minute break in the morning and a 1-hour lunch break, with the option to leave the premises during lunch.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Taylor, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
