**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the Test Lab and Build Lab, handling products returned for repair and performing various testing and inspection duties. Your tasks will involve scanning products, conducting basic teardown, entering data into the computer system, cleaning, and repackaging items. You will utilize Visual Aides to assist in completing these tasks, which will vary depending on the products. Additionally, you will perform basic electrical testing and Radio Frequency equipment tests using laptop applications and fiber connections. **Responsibilities** + Handle and process products returned for repair in the Test Lab. + Scan products and perform basic teardown procedures. + Enter product information into the computer system accurately. + Clean and repackage products as necessary. + Follow Visual Aides for task completion, adapting to different products. + Conduct basic electrical testing using AC/DC plug-ins and breakers. + Test Radio Frequency equipment via simulated tests on laptop applications. + Perform fiber connection tests. + Use hand tools, such as screwdrivers, for repairs and installations. + Conduct visual inspections to identify damages and ensure quality. **Essential Skills** + Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Oracle. + Ability to navigate and document information effectively. + Proficiency in using hand tools, particularly screwdrivers. + Strong attention to detail for inspecting and identifying damages. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable with troubleshooting and repair processes. + Experience with cabling, hardware, and server racking. + Knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems. + Familiarity with inspection and quality control procedures. **Why Work Here?** This company offers excellent growth opportunities, allowing employees to advance into team lead, supervisor, and office roles.
