Production Associate
**Production Workers In Oceanside, CA** **1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift Available** **Job Description** Production workers are essential to maintaining the efficiency of their department. They are responsible for physically handling products, materials, and supplies, as well as inspecting products to ensure high quality. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload HPP torpedoes. + Stand bottles up at HPP discharge. + Operate the HPP dumper. + Make and pre-build boxes. + Bring in fiber and packaging materials for the lines. + Load caps into cap hoppers. + Perform general labor related to the bottling process. + Conduct general labor related to shipping, packing, receiving, and inventory. + Build pallets and move or stack cases weighing up to 50 lbs. + Follow SOP, SSOP, GMP, and HACCP guidelines when in the plant. + Maintain regular and reliable attendance. + Perform other duties as requested. **Essential Skills** + General production experience. + Packaging and packing knowledge. + Experience with bottling and production processes. + Ability to operate filling machines. + Capability to lift up to 30lbs - 50lbs as needed. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous packaging or 1 year of production experience preferred. + Experience in food and beverage industry preferred. + Bilingual (English & Spanish)preferred. **Work Environment** **Cold environment,** with temperatures as low as 35°F, similar to a Costco cold room. Tasks are performed in a wet refrigerated manufacturing facility with temperatures below 40°F. There may be exposure to freezer conditions at -10°F. Safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, ear protection, and steel-toed shoes. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.50/hr.
