**Job Title:** Set-Up Technician – Injection Molding
Location: Beaverton, OR
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclinedSet-Up Technicianto support our injection molding operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production by handling mold installations, machine setups, material distribution, and process troubleshooting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform equipment setups including installing injection molds and preparing machines for production.
+ Adjust machine parameters to correct defects and ensure consistent product quality.
+ Collaborate with process engineers to troubleshoot issues, optimize cycle times, and support engineering tests.
+ Program and optimize robotic systems used in the molding process.
+ Conduct barrel and grinder cleaning to maintain equipment performance.
+ Distribute materials and support production teams to ensure efficient workflow.
+ Collect and enter production data to support documentation and quality standards.
**Qualifications:**
+ Prior experience in injection molding or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Familiarity with robotic programming and machine parameter adjustments is a plus.
+ Willingness to work flexible hours and perform hands-on tasks.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.62/hr.

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
