Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. This position offers a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 2 pm, providing you with a balance of work and personal time.
ResponsibilitiesPack boxes on production lines efficiently and accurately.Assist with label printing and box making tasks.Maintain cleanliness of work areas daily and document on checklists while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Learn and operate manual packaging equipment such as heat sealing machines, foot-powered bagging machines, coffee mixers, and grinders.Perform and document quality checks on finished goods using various testing equipment.Conduct monthly inventory and cycle counts, and enter quantities into work orders using iPads.Report any maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor.Comply with Safety/OSHA processes, procedures, and regulations.Follow Food Safety (FSMA) processes and regulations, and participate in continuous improvement and 5S projects.Contribute to a positive work atmosphere by maintaining professional communication with customers, suppliers, and co-workers.Essential Skills0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing facility, particularly with packaging or blending machines.Proficiency in English, both written and oral.Attention to detail and adherence to guidelines, policies, or procedures.Experience working in a team environment with strong communication skills.Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed.Additional Skills & QualificationsServSafe Food Handler certification is a plus.Visual acuity is required.Ability to stand and move for extended periods (6-8 hours).Capability to use fingers, hands, reach, and bend down (4-6 hours).Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and move pallets weighing up to 1500 lbs with a pallet jack.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
