**Job Title: Production Associate** 1st Shift hours! Start ASAP Assembler position **Job Description** Join our team during this transition period where we continue to deliver high-quality products. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the assembly and packing of components used in commercial vehicle HVAC systems. **Responsibilities** + Pack larger scale parts into boxes and prepare them for shipment, ensuring the maximum weight does not exceed 25-30lbs. + Pack small parts into boxes for shipment to customers. + Hand assemble different components of products used to build commercial vehicle HVAC systems, following written and visual instructions efficiently and accurately. **Essential Skills** + Prior manufacturing experience. + Assembly experience. + Ability to utilize hand tools. + Ability to follow written and visual instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience reading blueprints is a plus. + Ability to be trained on assembly procedures. **Why Work Here?** We offer a family-oriented work environment with flexible work schedules, including the option for four 10-hour shifts or four 9-hour shifts, with some additional hours on Friday.
