Production Associate
**Production Associates Needed Nashville 2nd & #rd Shift $18/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated production associates to join various departments within our plant. You will be responsible for contributing to your assigned department's productivity and meeting the production goals set by your supervisors. Your duties may include machine operation, visual quality inspection, assembly, and packaging products for shipment. You will receive cross-training in different departments, but you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entire shift. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery and equipment within your designated department. + Perform visual quality inspections to ensure product standards are met. + Assemble components and products according to specifications. + Package products efficiently and prepare them for shipment. + Maintain production goals and adhere to safety protocols. + Participate in cross-training to support other departments as needed. **Essential Skills** + General production and labor skills. + Experience in assembly and manufacturing industries. + Proficiency in machine operation and packaging. + Ability to use hand tools and a tape measure. + Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. + A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience. + High School Diploma or GED. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with inspection processes. + Union environment experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a platform for career growth and advancement, where you can start on the line and work your way into supervisory roles. Flexibility with your work schedule is essential, as you may be required to shift between different schedules. Departments within the plant operate on various shifts, including 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3-3 schedule and 8-hour shifts running 5 days a week. Work areas include Fabrication, EPBL, HST, Value Add, and Float, each with specific operational hours. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
