**Job Title: Production Associate, 1st Shift, 18HR** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will be primarily responsible for weighing materials and mixing them to create colored pigments for plastic products. This position offers a stable schedule on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. **Responsibilities** + Weigh and mix materials to create colored pigments for plastic products. + Clean containers and assist in moving products down production lines. + Operate machinery and package final products within the production department. + Follow written directions for mixing materials and verify that loads are weighed to specification. + Perform quality checks on product weight and color before shipping. + Adhere to all applicable safety policies and procedures. **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail. + Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and working with decimals. + Ability to lift 50 pounds. + Solid mechanical aptitude and experience with machine operation. + Experience in production and manufacturing environments. + Knowledge of plastic extrusion and equipment operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good tenure at previous places of employment. + Forklift operating experience. **Why Work Here?** We offer a robust employee value proposition that includes regular pay raises through progression, a full benefits package upon hire, two weeks of vacation, and a 401k plan. The position operates on the 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with training hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Massillon, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
