**CFAN PRODUCTION Associate**
3rd shift only
**Job Description**
The Production Associate position encompasses all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes loading raw materials, picking and sorting plies, producing kits, bagging and labeling, and applying raw materials onto the tool (mold) by following planning. The role requires preparing bags for compactions, pushing/pulling carts to stage blades, and utilizing tools such as bones, scissors, and scalpels. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
**Responsibilities**
+ Load and manage raw materials.
+ Pick and sort plies effectively.
+ Produce kits and ensure proper bagging and labeling.
+ Work with raw materials according to planning.
+ Apply raw materials onto tools (molds) accurately.
+ Prepare bags for compactions.
+ Push and pull carts to stage blades.
+ Utilize tools such as bones, scissors, and scalpels safely.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor experience.
+ Production skills.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
**Work Environment**
The work environment includes two shifts: 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 11:30pm and 3rd shift from 11:30pm to 7:30am. The facility maintains a standard production environment, ensuring safety and efficiency while adhering to established procedures.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
