**Job Title: Production Associate**
**Job Description**
The slitter helper will support the slitter operator in the production of adhesive tapes, assisting with packaging and handling finished products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Package tape into boxes efficiently and accurately.
+ Assist the slitter operator by taking finished products off the line.
+ Utilize a tape measure with a good understanding of fractions and decimals for precise measurements.
+ Follow all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous manufacturing and machine operating experience.
+ Ability to accurately utilize a tape measure for measuring width/size of adhesive tapes.
+ Strong understanding of fractions and decimals.
+ Adherence to all safety guidelines.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in general production, packaging, and inspection.
+ Capability in machine operation and load handling.

**Work Environment**
The position is available in two shifts: 1st Shift from 7:45 am to 4:00 pm, and 3rd Shift from 11:45 pm to 8:00 am, with occasional weekend work. Personal protective equipment, including steel-toed footwear, is required. Our Client provides gloves, bump caps, and safety glasses. The facility fosters a growth-oriented atmosphere with a focus on safety and precision.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Juliet, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
