**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** Join a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment where you’ll contribute to the assembly and production of high-quality cabinets and countertop components. All roles include comprehensive training to ensure your success and growth. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble cabinets and related components with precision and efficiency. + Buff, sand, and mix materials to produce countertops for kitchens and bathrooms. + Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 60+ lbs. + Adapt quickly to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-moving environment. + Participate in cross-training to expand your capabilities and versatility. + Collaborate within a team-oriented culture that values every voice. + Maintain a strong commitment to safety for yourself and your coworkers. + Demonstrate initiative in learning new processes and improving productivity. **Essential Skills** + Prior experience in production, general labor, or manufacturing. + Ability to consistently lift 60+ lbs. + Skilled in assembly, machine operation, and general production tasks. + Familiarity with forklifts, construction tools, tape measures, and hand tools. **Additional Qualifications** + Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or construction. + Valid driver’s license required. **Work Environment** + First shift schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with mandatory overtime on Fridays during peak periods. + Work conditions include exposure to seasonal Iowa temperatures—both hot and cold. + Expect a fast-paced setting with elevated noise levels. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
