**Now Hiring Production Associates! (1st Shift)** **Job Description** Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Comprehensive training is provided for all positions. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and manufacture cabinets and cabinet components. + Buff, sand, and pour mixes to create countertops for kitchens and bathrooms. + Lift heavy countertops weighing 60+ pounds. + Adapt quickly to dynamic work conditions and demonstrate quick thinking. + Engage in cross-training opportunities to enhance skill versatility. + Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment. + Prioritize safety to maintain a secure work atmosphere. + Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning new processes and improving efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Production and general labor experience. + Ability to lift heavy objects (60+ pounds). + Assembly and general production skills. + Experience in machine operation and forklift usage. + Proficiency in using hand tools and tape measures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of manufacturing or construction experience required. + Valid driver's license. + Ability to pass a 7-year background check and non-THC oral tox. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy quarterly performance bonuses, generous PTO, comprehensive health and wellness benefits, and a supportive company culture. Candidates must be able to endure Iowa's climate conditions within the building, and should be prepared for fast-paced workloads and loud noise levels. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waterloo, Iowa. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
