**Job Title: Cleanroom Technician** **Job Description** The candidate will provide day-to-day operations support for all manufacturing areas, ensuring smooth and efficient processes within a cleanroom setting. **Responsibilities** + Fulfill daily and weekly production support schedule while adapting to schedule and personnel changes to meet customer needs and deliveries. + Assemble bottle preparation for manufacturing use, including manifold assembly and other components. + Perform washroom activities, stage and set up bottles for production use, and maintain inventory. + Weigh, dilute, and verify chemicals for in-process solutions while working with weights and measurements. + Physically lift and carry up to 50lbs or more without assistance and work on your feet for long durations. + Operate heavy equipment and use an autoclave. + Ensure all materials, equipment, and tooling are available, maintaining inventory as required. + Train on all assigned procedures and have the ability to be cross-trained to assist in other production areas or departments as needed. + Maintain an organized and clean workspace. + Assist in reviewing documentation for assigned functions, including equipment logs and manufacturing records. + Follow GMP documents, including SOPs and manufacturing records, with strict adherence to safety and compliance. + Ensure ongoing FDA compliance and follow OSHA safety regulations for bloodborne pathogens. + Understand FDA and ISO standards applicable to the department and recognize the consequences of non-conformance. **Essential Skills** + Assembly + Chemical Mixing + Production + Filling + Quality Control + Attention to Detail + Inventory Maintenance + Operate Autoclave + Cleanroom Procedures + Medical Assembly + Forklift Operation + GMP Compliance **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to perform washroom activities + Staging and setting up bottles for production use + Maintaining inventory + Working with weights and measures **Why Work Here** Enjoy full benefits upon permanent employment, including medical, vision, and dental coverage. There is potential for 20 hours of overtime monthly. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Peachtree Corners, Georgia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
