Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will operate, monitor, and maintain machinery while ensuring the smooth loading of raw materials into the production line. You will inspect materials during processing and report any issues to the team lead. Your role includes maintaining a clean and organized work area and collaborating with team members to ensure quality standards are met. You will also adjust machinery as needed to optimize production.

Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on teamwork. The facility may be loud and hot, but large fans are being installed for airflow. Steel toe or composite toe shoes are required before starting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersonville, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
