Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for operating and inspecting simple to medium complexity production tasks according to setup sheets and work instructions. Your role includes ensuring products meet quality specifications, completing paperwork using GDP, and adhering to safe practices. You will start machines to produce sample products and measure them for conformance with specifications, using a microscope with 20x magnification.

ResponsibilitiesRun and inspect production products/tasks according to work instructions.Start machines to produce sample products and measure for conformance with specifications.Inspect wire or tube samples using a microscope with 20x magnification.Adjust settings of dies on controls to obtain products meeting specifications and quality standards.Observe machine operations for evidence of malfunction and inspect products for defects.Complete applicable job paperwork and daily production reports.Use applicable PPE and work safely.Focus on quality, minimizing scrap, NCMRs, and paperwork errors.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Follow instructions from the Supervisor and/or Production Manager.Essential Skills6 months to 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail.Ability to perform repetitive work for long periods while maintaining quality and throughput.Additional Skills & QualificationsGeneral Production Worker skills.Machine Operator experience.Manufacturing and General Labor knowledge.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing facility with various machines designed to stretch wires and metal tubes. Adhere to ISO13485 standards, where stricter protocols are required to be followed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MENLO PARK, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
