Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated production associates to join our team in Hanover, PA. This role is essential in supporting our expanding business needs. The position offers two shifts: Monday-Friday from 6am-2:30pm and Monday-Thursday from 12pm-2am. As a production associate, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, mixing, staging, and packaging various components to support the production and manufacturing process. Your attention to detail, commitment to safety and quality, and ability to work collaboratively will be crucial to achieving daily production goals.

ResponsibilitiesAccurately select, mix, stage, and package components for production.Perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting, and multiplying.Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all tasks.Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet production targets.Perform technical labeling, kitting cell setup/staging, and kit assembling.Measure and pour reagents accurately.Adhere to standard operating procedures in all tasks.Essential SkillsExperience in production, general labor, assembly, packaging, and general production.Proficiency in basic math skills.Strong attention to detail.Commitment to quality and safety.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to perform a wide range of production tasks.Positive attendance record and strong work ethic.Proactive and can-do approach to responsibilities.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment is very clean and semi-climate controlled. Employees are required to wear steel-toed boots and long pants; tank tops and cut-offs are not permitted.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
