**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join various departments in our plant. You will be responsible for meeting production goals set by supervisors while working in your assigned department. Your duties will include machine operation, visual quality assessment, assembly, and packing products for shipment. **Responsibilities** + Operate machines and equipment in your assigned department. + Ensure products meet visual quality standards. + Assemble and pack products for shipment. + Maintain and achieve production goals. + Participate in cross-training for various departmental tasks. + Physically lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of your shift. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general production and labor. + Proficiency in assembly line and manufacturing processes. + Knowledge of machine operation and packaging. + Ability to use hand tools and tape measures. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED is required. + A minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience. + Flexibility with work schedule and shift changes. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a dynamic environment where you can grow and advance your career. Flexibility with your work schedule is a must, as shifts can change. The facility includes departments such as Fabrication, EPBL, HST, Value Add, and Float, with various shift structures including 12-hour and 8-hour shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
