Production Associate
**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing and processing products returned for repair. You will handle tasks such as scanning products, conducting basic teardown procedures, entering information into our computer systems, cleaning, and repackaging. In addition, you will perform basic testing of electrical connections and radio frequency equipment using laptop applications, ensuring all tests are accurately conducted. **Responsibilities** + Handle returned products in the Test Lab by scanning, tearing down, cleaning, and repackaging as needed. + Use Visual Aids to assist in completing tasks, adapting to the specific requirements of each product. + Conduct basic electrical testing in the Build Lab, including AC/DC plug-ins and breaker testing. + Perform radio frequency equipment tests using laptop applications and fiber connection tests. + Inspect products visually for any damages and ensure quality standards are met. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electronic issues as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in computer use, including Excel, SAP, and Oracle. + Strong attention to detail for visual inspection and damage assessment. + Ability to use hand tools, primarily screwdrivers, effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in hardware, cabling, and server racking. + Skills in mechanical and electronic installation and repair. **Why Work Here?** This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking growth, as employees have the chance to advance to team lead, supervisor, and office roles.
