Our client, a leader in the sporting goods industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality sporting goods. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a willingness to collaborate, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Production Associate
**Location:** Caledonia, MN
**Pay Range: $18.50**
**Shift: 1st M-Th 10 hour days**
**What's the Job?**
+ Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures.
+ Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure compliance standards are being met.
+ Prepare and apply resin mixture for mold cavities and pattern application.
+ Inspect molded helmets for any defects and clean mold cavities as needed.
+ Trim and sand helmets to meet product specifications.
**What's Needed?**
+ Basic skills in math and reading measurements (fractions and decimals).
+ Ability to operate machinery and manually assemble products.
+ Good verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
+ Willingness to support activities beyond the normal job description.
+ Ability to recognize and escalate issues effectively.
