**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Production Associates who will be responsible for unloading drainage pipes of various sizes, trimming plastic excess, cutting to specifications, and coiling into rolls. Candidates must be comfortable with routine lifting of 30-40 pounds and team lifting for heavier parts up to 100 pounds. Additionally, the role involves maneuvering heavier parts through pushing and pulling. **Responsibilities** + Unload drainage pipes of varying sizes. + Trim excess plastic from pipes. + Cut pipes to specified lengths. + Coil pipes into rolls for storage and transport. + Lift and maneuver parts weighing up to 100 pounds using team lift techniques. + Operate hand and power tools, including sawzalls. **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and production line operations. + Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently. + Capability to maneuver up to 100 pounds through lifting and pulling. + Experience with hand and power tools, particularly sawzalls. + Familiarity with machine operation and plastics manufacturing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous machine operation experience is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a team-oriented culture with opportunities for skill development and pay increases. The facility is fairly organized with a newly installed production line. However, if a significant amount of scrap plastic is produced, the space may become cramped. Shift hours include 1st shift: 7am-3:30pm, 2nd shift: 3pm-11:30pm, and 3rd shift: 11pm-7:30am, with overtime added before or after shifts and every other Saturday as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of London, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $21.50/hr.
