Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. You will follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate production. Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards is a key part of the role. Additionally, you will maintain accurate production records and documentation, collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and other team members to resolve production issues, and operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and adhering to all safety protocols and company policies is essential.

Work Environment
The work environment is organized and safety-oriented, with shifts available to accommodate different schedules: 1st shift (7:15am-3:45pm), 2nd shift (3:30pm-11:30pm), and 3rd shift (11:30pm-7:30am). The position offers a competitive hourly rate with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Marcos, Texas.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
