Production Associate
Job Title: General Laborer (Paint Line/ Paint Prep)

Job Description

The Prep Laborer will rotate between washing and prepping products, loading and unloading paint lines, and eventually receive training in powder coating. Responsibilities include spraying powder coat paint on metal parts and performing quality inspections to ensure smooth paint application.

We offer tuition reimbursement and opportunities for upward mobility, including promotions to lead and supervisor roles. Employees receive a $0.50 raise after 90 days and additional raises upon direct hire.

Work Environment

This position is located in a large manufacturing facility. The work environment is fast-paced and can be somewhat physical. Employees must be self-motivated and able to work well independently. Note that the facility does not have temperature control, so it can get hot during the summer months.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
