**Production Associate** **Lodi, CA** **$18 an hour (1** **st** **Shift)** **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Must be able to work in a food manufacturing setting performing production. + Wear the appropriate PPE (hardhat, smock, ear plugs, non-slip shoes) + Able to rotate at different production workstations. **Production** + Palletizes finished cases per specifications. + Ensures that each case is properly labeled. + Ensures that each case is properly packaged and sealed. + Pushes and pulls large amounts of weight with the use of an electric pallet jack or hand pallet jack. **KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE** + One year of experience in a food manufacturing/industrial environment + Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions. + Able to work around bakery ingredients as part of the daily activities. + Able to work in both a hot and cold environment. + Works in high noise areas and use mandatory hearing protection. + Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
