**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We have immediate openings for production associates in Hanover, PA, due to expanding business needs. + The shifts available are Monday-Friday from 7am-3:30pm + Monday-Thursday from 6am-4:30pm The role involves accurately selecting, mixing, staging, and packaging various components in support of the production and manufacturing process. Candidates must be detail-oriented, uphold the highest standards of safety and quality, and work collaboratively to achieve daily production goals. **Responsibilities** + Accurately select, mix, stage, and package various components. + Perform basic mathematical calculations including counting, adding, subtracting, and multiplying. + Maintain a positive attendance record and a strong work ethic. + Adhere to all safety and quality standards. + Work collaboratively to achieve daily production goals. + Perform a wide range of production tasks such as technical labeling, kitting cell setup/staging, measuring and pouring of reagents, and kit assembling according to standard operating procedures. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations. + Attention to detail. + Strong understanding of safety and quality standards. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production, general labor, assembly, packaging, and general production. + Ability to perform tasks such as technical labeling, kitting cell setup/staging, measuring and pouring of reagents, and kit assembling. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing team in a clean and semi-climate controlled work environment.
