**General Laborer / Production Assistant** **Location:** Marysville, WA **Shift:** 7AM-3:30 PM, M-F **Pay:** $19-20/hr **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to support our manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting with setups, changeovers, and production runs, as well as staging orders and counting finished goods. You will be required to perform labor tasks across all parts of the production line, and flexibility is essential as you may assist on different lines and fill in as necessary. **Don't hesitate to apply— you never know if you’re the right fit until you give it a shot. We welcome all applicants!** **Responsibilities** + Assist with setups and changeovers during production runs. + Count and manage finished goods accurately. + Perform heavy lifting of products, up to 50 lbs. + Stage orders as per production requirements. + Support different production lines and fill in when needed. + Follow direct orders from leads and lead operators. + Perform labor tasks across all parts of the production line. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, general labor, and machine operation. + Ability to inspect products effectively. + Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Capability to stand for 8+ hours a day. + Willingness to learn and operate computer systems. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where flexibility and teamwork are valued.
