**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Associate in the aluminum fencing department. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of products throughout the production process, from removal from the extrusion or coating line to packing and preparing for shipment. **Responsibilities** + Remove products from extrusion or coating lines. + Inspect products to ensure they are defect-free and match the specific order requirements. + Match products to orders and pack them according to customer specifications. + Load products onto skids and place protective materials to prevent damage during shipping. + Perform basic light assembly of parts as needed. + Accurately count and ensure shipments are complete and accurate. + Assist in other departments as needed. + Operate a hand jack to move empty and loaded skids. + Load/unload push carts and move them to various production or staging areas. + Enter and remove items from inventory, requiring both paper and computer documentation. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, assembly, inspection, packing, and loading. + Ability to use hand tools effectively. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Basic packing and loading skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Why Work Here?** We are a very clean, neat, and organized company that cares deeply about its employees.
