**Job Summary:** This role supports the final stages of container production and surface preparation. Candidates will work hands-on with tools and materials to ensure each unit meets quality standards before delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** Finish Line Team (2 Positions): + Remove tape from gaskets and inspect container finishes + Pull containers onto lifts for inspection and final touches + Check for missing paint and perform minor touch-ups + Install vent covers, data plates, and apply caulking + Drill holes and stencil identification numbers on containers Sandblasting Department (1 Position): + Prepare containers by blowing off dust and debris + Load and unload sandboxes for blasting operations + Perform general cleanup and assist with heavy lifting + Operate high-pressure hoses while wearing a blast hood (fresh air supplied) + Must be comfortable in enclosed protective gear **Required Skills:** + Basic production and general labor experience + Familiarity with hand tools and tape measures + Ability to read and follow basic blueprints (a plus) + Comfortable with physical labor and working in industrial environments **Preferred Qualifications:** + Sandblasting experience + Mechanical aptitude + Positive attitude and eagerness to learn + Military or industrial is a plus **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
