Job Description
We are seeking multiple General Production Workers to join our team across all shifts in Kennebunk, ME. In this role, you will be responsible for unpacking, cleaning, inspecting, and loading materials into machines. You will utilize various production machinery and tools to complete tasks efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesUnpack, clean, inspect, and load materials into machines.Operate various production machinery and tools.Document processes and maintain records accurately.Transport materials and inspect them thoroughly.Assemble components as required.Work on foot for the majority of the shift and perform team lifts for heavy materials.Essential SkillsAbility to work in an ITAR Facility.Strong mechanical or technical skills.Good attitude, attendance, and work ethic.6+ months of previous industrial or similar experience.Ability to work the duration of the shift on feet.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is advantageous.Strong customer service skills for specific shift roles.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Our facility operates in Kennebunk, ME, with multiple shifts available: 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) and 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm). Safety glasses and safety shoes are required while working. The work is primarily conducted on foot, requiring attention to safety and teamwork.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennebunk, Maine.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.50/hr.
