Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Production Associates who will be cross-trained to work in both Assembly and Molding Operator roles. You will be trained in all areas, ensuring versatility and skill enhancement.
ResponsibilitiesPerform assembly work to create parts for the automotive and medical industry.Engage in light manufacturing and machine operating tasks, including loading parts and conducting visual inspections.Read and document findings with precision.Conduct quality sorting of products produced by the molding machine.Identify defects in products, distinguish product colors, and prepare for quality disposition.Complete sort sheets and identify materials.Work with minimal supervision across all tasks.Essential SkillsExperience in light manufacturing or production.Ability to read and interpret instructions, crucial for assembly tasks.Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in machine operation and work instruction adherence.Experience in packing, inspection, and packaging processes.Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment with shift options: 1st shift (Mon-Fri 7 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.), 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.), and 3rd shift (Sun-Thur 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.). Enjoy a 20-minute paid lunch and a 10-minute paid break. Dress code includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and plain shirts or sweatshirts without profanity.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, Pennsylvania.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.50/hr.
