Job Title: Chop Line Operator

Job Description & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and monitor the chop line for cutting carbon fiber.Maintain and supply the rack with 76 spools of carbon fiber.Tie spools together for seamless transitions between active and backup spools.Specify cut types by entering functions on the HMI screen.Monitor and remove carbon fiber buildup from eyelets and other line areas.Collect and secure bags of finished product.Learn to build backup chopper heads as experience is gained.Essential SkillsOne year of manufacturing experience required.Experience with manufacturing, general labor, and production processes.Proficiency with hand tools and machine operation.Basic math skills.Experience with fabrication, packaging, construction, or carpentry.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with operating an HMI screen is beneficial.Ability to work effectively in a hot and dusty environment.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Charles, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.26 - $23.92/hr.
