**Job Title: Production Associate** **$18-19/hr.** **12-hr. Shifts** **Job Description** The Production Support team member assists in the smooth operation of manufacturing lines by supporting machine operators, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring materials are stocked and ready for use. **Responsibilities** + Loading paper and ink onto machines. + Picking and delivering materials to coworkers. + Changing out small parts such as rollers. + Assisting operators and maintaining cleanliness. + Ensuring quality control and inspection of finished products. **Essential Skills** + General production and labor experience. + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Knowledge of printing press and machine operation. + Strong attention to detail and safety awareness. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment preferred. + Ability to lift 25lbs. and stand for extended periods. + Quality experience is a bonus. **Why Work Here?** The company offers an opportunity for rapid growth and advancement.
