Production Associate
**Production Associates Needed in Nashville 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking motivated production associates to join various departments within our automotive glass manufacturing facility. You will play a crucial role in maintaining production goals set by supervisors while engaging in tasks such as machine operation, visual quality inspection, assembly, and packing products for shipment. This position offers the opportunity for cross-training across departments, ensuring a diverse and dynamic work experience. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery in accordance with department guidelines. + Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure product standards are met. + Assemble components as required for production goals. + Package products effectively for shipment. + Maintain production targets set by supervisors. + Participate in cross-training across various departments within the plant. **Essential Skills** + General production and assembly line experience. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for entire shifts. + Proficiency in machine operation and packaging. + Experience in inspection and use of hand tools and tape measures. **Why Work Here?** This opportunity offers a pathway for career growth and advancement, starting on the production line with potential for supervisory roles.
