Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, experience with hand and power tools, and a background in manufacturing or production. This role involves assembly, inspection, and the use of various tools in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble sub-components of motors.Pack parts for shipping.Pick items for production.Complete quality checks.Clean and prepare metal parts to eliminate oil used to prevent rust during shipping.Read and follow detailed instructions.Essential SkillsPrevious production experience within manufacturing.Ability to stand for 8 hours a day.Ability to read a computer screen.Good attendance and punctuality.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.Additional Skills & QualificationsQuality or packing experience.Experience in electronic assembly.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The facility in Buffalo Grove, one of five in the U.S., is extremely clean, organized, and temperature-controlled. The production floor is divided into various lines where employees work in teams of 8-20 people. You will work in different cells and must be comfortable being trained and performing various tasks. The shift time is 7am-3:30pm, with optional overtime available. Employees must be prepared to move between areas and perform tasks such as assembly, packing, and quality checks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
