Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. The role involves working the night shift from 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday. You will play a vital part in our production process by handling tasks related to the operation of corrugator machines.

ResponsibilitiesStack cardboard and feed it into the machine.Load paper and cardboard into the corrugator machine.Unload cardboard boxes off the machine.Collaborate with 1-2 team members on the corrugator machine.Perform heavy lifting as required.Essential SkillsExperience in production, general labor, machine operating, or manufacturing.Ability to work in a loud and hot environment.Proficiency in operating machinery.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work in a repetitive environment.Capable of standing for 8+ hours a day.Strong attention to detail to monitor equipment effectively.Ability to lift over 50 lbs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working with a corrugator machine in a hot, loud, and multicultural environment. The role requires resilience and adaptability to challenging conditions.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Severn, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
