**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team, where you will be cross-trained in both Assembly and Molding operations. This dynamic role involves contributing to the creation of parts for the automotive and medical industries, with a focus on versatility and adaptability. **Responsibilities** + Perform assembly work to create parts for the automotive and medical industries. + Conduct light manufacturing and machine operation tasks, including loading parts and performing visual inspections. + Read and document findings with minimal supervision. + Sort and inspect products produced by molding machines, ensuring quality and proper color distinction. + Prepare products for quality disposition and complete sort sheets. **Essential Skills** + Ability to work with minimal supervision. + Experience in light manufacturing or production. + Proficient in reading and interpreting instructions, crucial for assembly tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in machine operation and inspection. + Capability to follow work instructions effectively. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean and temperature-controlled environment with substantial benefits.
