**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production Associate responsible for manufacturing and assembling custom windows and door walls. You will work in a dynamic environment, rotating through various sub-assemblies such as Shipping & Receiving, Frames, Sashes, and Doorwall/Casements. Continuous training and growth opportunities await as you learn diverse assembly techniques. **Responsibilities** + Assemble windows or door walls, including measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials. + Repetitively lift and move materials weighing between 10-50+ lbs. + Punch holes into the material and strip the material as required. + Utilize hand tools for assembly tasks. + Place flexy glass on frames and potentially operate machines, saws, or welding equipment. + Perform repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, and bending. + Stock and clean workspace and general areas. + Execute other duties or responsibilities as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively. + Knowledge of hand tools, including handling a hammer and other tools. + Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet quotas. + Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift. + Proficiency in bending, twisting, and squatting during shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to read a tape measure. **Why Work Here?** We value growth and reward performance with annual raises of $.30-$.80 per hour every six months for three years. The environment is similar to a garage with large doors opened for ventilation when necessary. Fans are available to moderate temperature, and the break room is air-conditioned. Breaks include a 10-minute morning break and a 1-hour lunch, with flexibility for bathroom and water breaks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Taylor, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
