Production Associate

Job Description

Work in a dynamic production environment focusing on the manufacture of food products. Engage in various tasks such as boxing, stacking, loading, unloading, and palletizing products. Handle 15-20 pound boxes, feed empty glass bottles into machines, and manage products at different stages of the production line.

Work Environment

Work in a temperature-variable production environment without air conditioning or heating. Handle strong smells associated with food manufacturing, such as garlic and jalapeños. Wear provided safety gear, including gloves, nets, ear plugs, and glasses; supply your own steel-toe boots. Dress in company-provided royal blue shirts. Operate alongside 10-20 team members per line, with up to 200 people in peak seasons. Interact with colleagues speaking Spanish or Haitian Creole. Utilize a personal locker and access a lunch break room with microwaves and vending machines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
