ResponsibilitiesSupport production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.Assemble components by hand with a focus on quality and efficiency.Follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.Maintain knowledge of production standards and goals.Adhere to established company policies and procedures.Operate within routine assignments with limited judgment.Essential SkillsPrevious experience in electronic manufacturing, soldering, or mechanical tasks.Basic computer skills including navigation, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints.Strong mechanical aptitude and electronic assembly skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.One or more years of related experience preferred.Adaptability to changes in work environment and priorities.Ability to work cooperatively in a team and maintain a level temperament.Good oral and written communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to learn new tasks frequently.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing setting with appropriate lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. Shifts are 10 hours long, with the option to sit or stand, though standing is required at times. The work involves lifting no more than 10-15 lbs and adhering to productivity metrics. Hours are from 6 am to 2 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
