**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated production associates who will perform repetitive general labor tasks. You will be responsible for taking bricks from kiln carts and stacking them on the monorail. This role requires standing in one area and moving bricks repeatedly. **Responsibilities** + Assist in all brick manufacturing operations. + Mix sands for sand applications and set up and maintain sand applications. + Mix slurry for slurry applications and set up and maintain all aspects of slurry applications. + Clean, maintain, install, and adjust all dies, heads, and cutting blades. + Monitor and ensure the quality of bricks being made. + Track schedule and ensure paints and sands are ready for changeovers. + Maintain all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and inventory tracking documents. + Observe, report, and assist in department equipment maintenance and repairs as directed. **Essential Skills** + Previous manufacturing experience preferred. + Strong mechanical skills and understanding. + Willingness to learn and take direction. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Production experience. + Mechanically inclined. + Attention to detail. + Ability to lift 50 lbs. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to transition to a direct hire role, providing stability and growth within the company. **Work Environment** The work environment is demanding, requiring the use of steel-toed shoes and long pants. The role operates Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, in a facility that can be dirty and dusty. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rocky Ridge, Maryland. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
