Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks using both power tools and hand tools to assemble, modify, or repair components and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.
ResponsibilitiesOperate a wide range of power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, saws) and hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) to perform production tasks.Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Assist with inventory management, material handling, and other general labor tasks as needed.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.Essential SkillsAssembly using power and hand tools.Machine operation including CNC machines, lasers, and FIN machines.Ability to read and follow schematics and blueprints.Experience in soldering assembly.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Work Environment
Our facility is a fully air-conditioned, professional manufacturing environment, roughly 200,000 square feet in size, equipped with CNC machines, crating division, benders, saws, and more. We offer two large break rooms with free snacks and electrolyte drinks.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
