**Job Title: Production Associate - Direct Hire** **Location:** E Warner Road & S Ellsworth Road, Mesa, AZ, 85212. **Shift:** 4 x 10 Monday - Thursday 2nd shift: 330pm - 2am Friday is voluntary OT day. **Job Description** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks using both power tools and hand tools to assemble, modify, or repair components and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality. **Responsibilities** + Operate a wide range of power tools (e.g., drills, grinders, saws) and hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers) to perform production tasks. + Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions. + Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained. + Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). + Assist with inventory management, material handling, and other general labor tasks as needed. + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. **Essential Skills** + Assembly using power and hand tools. + Machine operation including CNC machines, lasers, and FIN machines. + Ability to read and follow schematics and blueprints. + Experience in soldering assembly. + Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. **Work Environment** Our facility is a fully air-conditioned, professional manufacturing environment, roughly 200,000 square feet in size, equipped with CNC machines, crating division, benders, saws, and more.
