Job Title: Production Associate - 1st ShiftJob Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team on the day shift, working Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm. The ideal candidate will have experience in electronic manufacturing, either through-hole or surface mount soldering, and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. Flexibility to assist in other departments and a positive attitude are highly valued. We welcome entry-level candidates from retail, fast food, or other manufacturing fields.

ResponsibilitiesSupport production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.Assemble components manually, ensuring quality and meeting production metrics.Use hand tools and follow blueprints for electronic assembly.Operate within established policies and procedures with close supervision.Essential SkillsAssembly and soldering skills.Mechanical aptitude and production experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Proficiency with hand tools.Basic computer skills including Excel and Outlook.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent GED preferred.One or more years of related experience preferred.Ability to adapt to changes and support improvement initiatives.Capability to work cooperatively in teams.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a manufacturing environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. The role allows for both sitting and standing during the 10-hour shift, though standing is required. The position involves light industrial and general assembly tasks, with a maximum lifting requirement of 10-15 lbs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
