We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team for the day shift, which runs Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm. This role is ideal for individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, as training will be provided to meet the needs of our electronic manufacturing environment.
ResponsibilitiesSupport production manufacturing to meet customer deadlines.Perform testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging tasks.Work with either through-hole or surface mount soldering techniques.Utilize basic computer skills for documentation and navigation of company programs.Follow detailed instructions and complete assignments under close supervision.Maintain production standards and meet established metrics for assembly tasks.Operate within established policies and procedures and seek approval for deviations.Essential SkillsBasic computer skills, including experience with Excel and Outlook.Mechanical aptitude with experience in electronic assembly.Ability to interpret blueprints and use hand tools.A high school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.At least one year of related experience is preferred.Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsAdaptability to changes in work plan or management decisions.Participation in improvement initiatives, such as 5S.Proactive communication and knowledge sharing with team members.Capability to maintain composure in stressful situations.Willingness to take on additional assignments and responsibilities.Up-to-date certifications and training for the role.Why Work Here?Join a national company that operates in exciting industries such as space, medical, and defense. Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a manufacturing setting with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and moderate noise levels. Production Associates work a day shift from Monday to Friday, 6am to 2pm. The role involves light industrial and general assembly tasks, with the ability to sit or stand during the shift. Employees will be lifting no more than 10-15 lbs and are required to meet assembly metrics.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
