Temp-to-Hire position$14.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)Assemble wire harnesses and components according to work instructions and diagramsPerform repetitive hand assembly while maintaining quality and productivity standardsInspect completed assemblies for defects and workmanshipUse basic hand tools and assembly fixtures safelyWork as part of a team to meet daily production goalsProduction Associate – Wire Harness Assembly Qualifications:
Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).Ability to follow written and verbal work instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to perform repetitive tasks in a production environmentManufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not requiredApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
