Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide on-site support for event and production operations, including setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth show flow. On site for theater load in days and assist with day of show productionAssist clients production team and stagehands with day-of logistics, schedules, and equipment coordinationServe as a point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and talent to relay information and resolve issues in real timeAssist with advancing shows including but not limited to, stagehand quotes, vendor quotes, security and front of house scheduling, and client estimates.Monitor stagehands tasks including maintenance needs, ensure OSHA guidelines are being followed.Perform general administrative and operational tasks as needed, including filing, inventory tracking, credential distribution, and troubleshooting on-site needsCreating or reviewing diagrams, plots & rigging informationQUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience
2 to 5 years of experience working in a live performing arts venue/ center/theaterTechnical degree or certification preferredSkills and Abilities
Knowledge and experience working with stagehand personnelKnowledge of operations, maintenance, and arena managementWorking knowledge of applicable OSHA, state and other work environment and safety regulationsWorking knowledge of fire and public safety issuesMust be fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish a plusCOMPENSATION
