Production Assembler

Join our team as Production Assemblers where you will play a crucial role in producing Bioprocess Containers within a cleanroom environment. Your responsibilities include safely executing production processes while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instruction Documents (WIDs), and detailed blueprints or drawings. You will handle materials, operate machinery, and ensure quality in every step of the assembly process.
Responsibilities
Manufacture, operate machinery, and assemble tubing and connectors in a production environment.Package and inspect products following product blueprints and manufacturing drawings.Utilize tools and equipment, including computers, calculators, measuring tools, and assembly hand tools.Adhere to safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).Ensure products meet quality standards through mutual inspection and timely error correction.Record accurate documentation in Production Control Documents (PCD).Participate in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.Work effectively as part of a team and assist with training and mentoring co-workers.Focus on personal development through timely completion of training.Essential Skills
Experience with general production and assembly processes.Familiarity with blueprints and hand tools.Ability to operate machinery related to Bioprocess Container production.Proficiency in recording documentation accurately.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.Experience in the medical device industry is a plus.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment following PPE protocols.Capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.Able to lift 25+ lbs.Why Work Here?
