Job Description

Responsibilities
Follow health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.Maintain a clean workstation and production floor to uphold quality standards.Assemble products and parts according to work instructions and specifications.Finalize and package products for shipment with precision and care.Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment efficiently.Monitor assembly line to identify and remove faulty products.Meet production targets with consistent speed and accuracy.Report issues to supervisors or production manager promptly.Perform other tasks as assigned to support team goals.Essential Skills
Proficiency in assembly and use of hand tools.Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly.Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.Comfort with 12-hour shifts and weekend work.Ability to follow procedures in a cleanroom environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Eligibility to work in Canada for at least 1 year.Ability to work with minimal supervision in a multi-disciplinary team.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with microscopic assembly.Chemical background or knowledge.Strong interpersonal skills including maturity, teamwork, respect, and tact.Ability to adapt to changing priorities.Highly productive with a strong drive to succeed.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a highly regulated, mission-driven environment focused on creating life-saving medical devices. Collaborate within a team based on trust and respect in a cleanroom setting. Be flexible with a 4-day on, 3-day off schedule starting at 6:30 am, while working with chemicals and glues.
